BT Universe is India’s first GenAI-enabled business community platform designed to reduce operational stress for founders and business leaders by turning community participation into measurable growth. The platform combines a member-facing engagement layer (networking, activity logging, visibility, rewards) with an admin-facing AI command center that surfaces community health, participation patterns, and priority growth levers—so leadership can focus on scaling real outcomes, not chasing manual updates.

What we built (0 → 1, end-to-end)

• Built a full web app + cross-platform mobile app from scratch—architected for scale, speed, and community engagement.
• Developed a secure activity + milestone logging system allowing members to track meetings, collaborations, and deals—improving visibility and trust across the network.
• Implemented GenAI-assisted features using Azure AI Services to streamline member workflows and reduce friction in community participation.
• Designed a unified admin dashboard to monitor engagement, track activity distribution, and identify real-time community bottlenecks.
• Introduced gamification + quarterly recognition mechanics to sustain long-term participation and drive consistent behavior loops.
