InsureAI

InsureAI is an enterprise-grade, AI-powered insurance intelligence platform built for insurance underwriters, risk managers, and compliance teams to accelerate policy review through real-time semantic knowledge retrieval and automated policy gap analysis using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The system ingests organizational knowledge-base documents and user-supplied insurance policies, then delivers context-aware, AI–powered answers with audit-grade source attribution—helping teams identify coverage discrepancies and compliance gaps in minutes instead of hours while preserving traceability for reviews and audits.

What we built / implemented

• RAG engine: a context-aware AI Q&A system that ingests knowledge-base documents and returns semantically relevant answers with source attribution/provenance.
• Vector embeddings + semantic search enabling similarity-based retrieval with configurable top-k matching.
• Developed an intelligent gap analysis module that performs document-level comparison to flag coverage gaps and discrepancies between user policies and standardized organizational knowledge.
• Created a multi-document PDF processing pipeline for automated extraction, and scalable chunk segmentation of unstructured PDFs.
