By accessing and using ByondBoundrys services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

ByondBoundrys provides AI consulting, custom AI solutions, integration services, and related technology solutions. Our services include:

• AI strategy consulting and roadmapping
• Custom AI application development
• AI integration and automation services
• Training and enablement programs
• Analytics and dashboard solutions

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Cooperate with our team and respond to requests in a timely manner
• Pay all fees as agreed upon in our service agreements
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• Refunds are subject to the terms of individual agreements

Intellectual property rights will be clearly defined in project agreements. Generally:

• Client retains rights to their proprietary data and business processes
• ByondBoundrys retains rights to general methodologies and frameworks
• Custom developments may have shared or transferred ownership as agreed
• Third-party software and tools remain property of their respective owners

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Client business information and data
• Project details and proprietary processes
• Technical specifications and implementations
• Strategic plans and business objectives

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Business interruption or loss of profits
• Data loss not caused by our negligence
• Third-party service failures or interruptions

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in service agreements. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Deliverables completed to date will be provided
• Both parties will return or destroy confidential information

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
