2. Our services
Byond Boundrys Consulting provides AI strategy, generative AI and RAG engineering, data and MLOps, integrations, software and product engineering, and related advisory services. Descriptions on this website are general information, not a binding offer or guarantee of a particular result.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, lawful access to systems and data, timely decisions and the approvals needed for delivery. You remain responsible for your data, business decisions and review of outputs before using them in production.
4. Deliverables and intellectual property
Ownership, licensing, open source notices, third party components and handover are agreed in the applicable project contract. Unless a contract says otherwise, our pre existing methods, templates, know how and reusable components remain ours; client specific deliverables are handled as stated in the engagement documents.
5. Confidentiality and data
Each party should protect confidential information received from the other. We process project information only for the agreed purpose and use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Do not submit confidential or regulated information through a public form unless we have agreed a suitable process.
6. AI and third party services
AI systems can produce incomplete or incorrect results. Human review, testing and approval remain required for consequential decisions. Delivery may use third party cloud, model, hosting or communication services, which are subject to their own terms and availability.
7. Fees, changes and cancellation
Fees, milestones, expenses, change control, suspension and cancellation are governed by the signed engagement documents. A website enquiry or discovery call does not create a contract or reserve delivery capacity.
8. Warranties and liability
We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, the website and general content are provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability limits and remedies for an engagement are set out in its written agreement.
9. Governing law and contact
